I personally use the elite. It gives a bigger ‘hit’ than the Regal and the cartridges last longer for me ( The refills in the Regal have been updated recently and now equal the Elite). The prices start at sixt-five pounds and the elite is eight-five pounds. Being larger than a normal cigarette it feels a little strange a first but you soon get use to the size and is great when you need a good first cigarette in the morning.
